The Girl in Bloom Summit, hosted by The Bloom Africa, is a flagship convening that brings together young women leaders, thinkers, and changemakers across Africa and beyond. It is a space where vision meets action, where new solutions are seeded, collaborations are formed, and futures are reimagined.
Our mission is clear: to provide young girls and women with the knowledge, networks, and platforms they need to transform their ideas into tangible impact.

The Girl in Bloom Summit is more than an annual gathering, it is a movement of bold, young African women stepping into leadership, innovation, and impact.
In 2025, we convene under the theme: Impact in Bloom — Building Present Solutions, Designing Future Change, a call to equip this generation to both respond to today’s challenges and architect the possibilities of tomorrow.

Impact in Bloom calls us to look at two horizons at once:
The Now — Building practical, context-specific solutions to the pressing issues our communities face: from education gaps, climate resilience, health access, and digital inclusion.
The Future — Designing pathways for sustainable change, nurturing leaders who can anticipate challenges and create systems that endure beyond their generation.
This year, the Summit invites us to ask: How do we bloom where we are planted, while also planting seeds for the next season?
At the Summit, participants will engage in:
Hear from experts and gain fresh perspectives from global and African thought leaders who are shifting paradigms.
Connect with like-minded people. Build relationships that can last beyond the event. Help grow your network for future opportunities.
Gain new skills, insights, and strategies to move forward. Apply what you learn to issues at the intersection of gender, innovation, and social change.
Hear stories, ideas, and experiences that spark creativity. Walk away with fresh motivation and the energy to tackle new challenges with confidence.
Have a glimpse of the experiences at Girl in Bloom
